Not to be missed if you appreciate quality handmade products! A lovely peaceful setting with high quality original and unique gift items.

The variety of crafts is amazing from handmade quality leather goods, to woven wall hangings, jewelery to items made from coffee wood such as bowls.

The shop is a cooperative with the products arriving direct from the artisans so the prices are fair.It was great that they also have a coffee shop so you can take a break in between shopping!

FINALLY...

ZANZIBAR CURIO SHOP

This is an excellent place to buy antiques, souvenirs and other craft items for your living room. The prices are very reasonable and you would be hard put to match them anywhere even after bargaining! The good thing the prices here are fixed- no need to bargain. Lots of antique stuff. They sell what it says on the cover, the do not pass of some cheap wood polished as ebony.

IT IS AN ANTIQUE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT NAIROBI!!!
