  • The Flee Market that also known as Les Puces was born in 1885 that covering 7 hectares which known as the world largest antiques market.
  • You can search for antique furniture, odd objects, or vintage clothes.
  • It become an attraction of Paris for local or tourist which is between 120000 and 150000 visitors every weekend.
  • So, weekdays are preferable to avoid the inevitable crowds, though.



LES HALLES


'SHOPPING CENTRE UNDER DUSKY SKY'
  • Also known as the 'stomach' of Paris.
  • Located in the 1er arrondissement is an area of Paris, France.
  • Les Halles named after the large central wholesale marketplace which was demolished in 1971 and now replaced with an underground modern shopping precinct.
  • It become the most important open-air market in the 20th century.
  • The market was move out from the city to a south suburb to avoid hygiene problem. 
  • Nowadays, Les Halles is an exclusively pedestrian quarter where the visitors can have a picnic, meal in the many surrounding cafes, bars and restaurants.
